Onsite troubleshooting
We bring years of technical experience to the table, and then we go one step further than most of our competitors by focusing on customer care. We have created an infrastructure of dedicated project managers and people ready to react to scheduling resources to respond immediately to your production emergencies. Understand that we have created something very different than what you are used to.

Site surveys and photos
When you have a video or photo shoot to do, how do you choose your location? In this course, discover how to carefully select sites and accurately plan for your shoot. Creative pro Rich Harrington teaches the key principles and techniques for finding a location for your next video project, while mitigating risk and reducing costs for a production.

Equipment installations and configurations
We are able to configure, setup, install and troubleshoot a wide variety of equipment including POS hardware/software, voice/data systems, racks/cabinets, wireless devices, paging and networking hardware. We also perform installations for routers, switches, computers, printers and other.

Wiring of patch panels and equipment
A patch panel separates the hardwiring of your network from your networking equipment. Each run of cable that goes throughout the house or building is punched down on the back of the patch panel.

Interface card removal, installation and configuration
When a slot is not in use, a blank line card must fill the empty slot to allow the router to conform to EMI requirements and to allow proper airflow across the line cards. If you plan to install a new line card in a slot that is not in use, you must first remove the blank line card.

Testing of cat5 & cat6 media for continuity and proper signaling
The information presented in this article does not cover all details necessary to complete a fully compliant TIA-568B installation that would require reading the entire standard. It does, however, touch upon what I believe to be the most important aspects you need to know.

Providing visual verifications to assist in remote troubleshooting
The concept is simple. Initially, a system of cameras and alarms is installed on any site to British Standards. This system is linked to a transmission system and connects to a CCTV Monitoring Station via a telephone line (either PSTN/ISDN/GSM connection) or via the Internet through a Broadband connection (or other secure connection from the company’s network).

Inventorying and labeling of equipment
We supply a range of high quality inventory labels for marking your equipment. These labels are commonly used in many organisations for a wide range of applications, from IT equipment, office furniture and heavy-duty machinery. We can manufacture your labels with your company’s name printed, serial number and logo at no extra cost.

Rebooting routers, servers, and switches
I’ve seen it more often with consumer routers (Especially ones doing NAT) that are being used in the wrong environment. In those cases, it’s more likely to be the NAT table filling up or perhaps a CPU related issues which are really down to just misusing the equipment.

Extending and verifying a demarcation
Demarcation enables carriers to extend their control over the entire service path. It is achieved by connecting customer premises equipment (CPE) to the network with provider-owned demarcation devices that are deployed at customer locations. Intelligent Ethernet demarcation devices offer advanced functionalities such as service and link OAM.

Moving equipment within your space and cabinets
The most common solutions are a pre-built cabinet, a custom built cabinet or remotely located in an equipment rack. A properly designed cabinet or equipment rack will insure your equipment will perform and last while being concealed and out of sight.
